FOUNDER / CEO

David Mosberg

David Mosberg is a 25-year business administration and management veteran who specializes in helping companies grow profits while keeping customer/client experience at the forefront of the relationship.
Over the past 20 years, he has focused on business acquisitions and turn-arounds while creating long term systems and environments for growth.
Working with small to medium sized businesses and getting them to sustainable and increasing financial opportunities is what David has turned his focus on over the past 5 years with great success.

David volunteers by teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace university and a youth class for teenagers on managing money for the future.
David and his Bride Marla have three Children and live in Montgomery, TX.
He is a former professional chef who also loves to read and spend time watching his daughters dance competitively now that his son has retired from his ice hockey career.

Jenn Fedde

Jenn Fedde is a twenty-plus year veteran of the accounting and bookkeeping world. She leads our finance team with a great passion for accuracy and timeliness and a focus on helping businesses succeed by having strong financial reporting to assist with business decisions. Jenn is an avid learner and is always seeking opportunities for advancement in her craft as well as all areas of her life. She enjoys dining, traveling, and a new passion for tennis. She is Bad-Ass!

Lorena Villarreal

Lorena Villarreal is a financial specialist with a decade of experience on bookkeeping and payroll working closely with business owners. She is known for her proficiency, work ethic and problem solving.

She spends her time off with her beautiful teen daughters and two ferocious chihuahuas.

Stephanie Mattern

Stephanie is an account specialist with over 20 years experience in bookkeeping, office management and payroll.  Previously, she managed several small businesses and worked closely with the owners to provide efficient and accurate bookkeeping of all accounts.  When she is not working, she spends time with her wonderful husband and 3 kids.  She loves to travel, live music and spending time with her amazing family.

Gina Brown

Gina offers over ten years of bookkeeping and financial experience. She is highly organized, detail-oriented and dedicated to helping businesses keep accurate records. Being a business owner herself, she understands the need for accurate financials to make those important decisions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, lounging by the pool.

Piper Monk

Piper comes to us with over twenty years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. Previously helping small businesses grow and build customer service as a dedicated team member. When she's not working, she is enjoying time making charcuterie boards with her grandson, making memories with family and friends and traveling with her husband. She discovered pickleball this Summer and loves it!

John Sabau

John brings over 15 years of experience as a business owner, as well as in the areas of public accounting, tax management and personal wealth building. His role as tax coordinator and bookkeeper allow him to focus on his passions: helping businesses navigate the challenges associated with tax and business financial management. When he is not working, John enjoys playing pickleball as well as traveling and exploring new places with his wife.
